nYBS系列振動(dòng)搖擺篩的設(shè)計(jì)是為了滿足大產(chǎn)量,高密度篩分的廠家而特殊設(shè)計(jì)的一種篩分機(jī),簡單的篩分是雙眼注視雙手篩分。搖擺篩分機(jī)就是對此的機(jī)械模擬,它是目前有效的模擬了人工篩分運(yùn)動(dòng)的有效原理(篩分精度、效率、篩網(wǎng)壽命均是常規(guī)圓篩的5-10倍),符合所有精細(xì)與細(xì)范圍的粉末與微粒狀物料,特別適合難以處理的物料。

⊕工作原理
擺動(dòng)篩是一種仿人工搖動(dòng)的低頻旋振篩,其原理是:瞬時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)為沿徑向的位移和以此位移為軸的圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)的合成(螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng))。即可調(diào)節(jié)偏心距的激振器產(chǎn)生了非線性三維運(yùn)動(dòng),物料也產(chǎn)生同樣的近似手動(dòng)作業(yè)的運(yùn)動(dòng),從而達(dá)到篩分之目的,再配合篩分附件可得到更加理想的篩分效果;適合于圓球狀、圓柱狀、片狀、乃至不規(guī)則形狀易堵網(wǎng)且需要精密篩分的物料。
⊕結(jié)構(gòu)原理
★基本的回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)與人工篩分相類似。偏心率從25到40mm可調(diào),低速V型皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)從120到360rpm可調(diào)
★每一種產(chǎn)品的停留時(shí)間可以通過搖擺篩的徑向與切角朝驅(qū)動(dòng)軸線方向進(jìn)行調(diào)整
★因此建立水平與拋擲三維翻滾運(yùn)動(dòng)。物料從中心到外緣在整個(gè)篩面上均勻分散,從而以螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)往軸向傳播。細(xì)小顆粒從而完成了整個(gè)篩分過程。
★水平與垂直加速度隨著粒子的運(yùn)動(dòng)而增加,接近篩孔尺寸的顆粒隨之成功分離;較大顆粒被運(yùn)到出口處,出口處由一個(gè)可調(diào)節(jié)的導(dǎo)向裝置控制流量,該導(dǎo)向裝置是控制物料停留時(shí)間的另一個(gè)因素。

Principle
